Trustee Types
Our board is made up of three types of trustees. Ex-officio trustees are automatically trustees on the board due to their position held within the District operational structure, there is two ex-officio positions available on the board which belong to a District Lead Volunteer and a District Youth Lead.
Elected trustees are recruited as part of our open selection process and elected at our AGM. Our Chair and Treasurer are also Elected trustees. Finally co-opted trustees are voted onto the board by the existing members of the board as required.
The maximum number of trustees that can be on our board is 12 members.
